Bruce Autolitano has been in the health field industry for over 30 years. Being a former NYC Chef, He knows the importance of healthy foods, supplements, diet, maintenance, and exercise.

He injured his back when he was a chef in 1990. Through his healing, he found Jin Shin Jyutsu, Muscle Therapy, and Compassionate Communication to be extremely helpful on his road to recovery.

After graduating from massage school in 1993, he dedicated his life to health, healing, and helping others.

Bruce Loves Creative Projects like Writing, Music, Collecting Art, Connecting with Nature, and Finding Special Gem Stones and Crystals.

He also knows It is important to have Recreational Activities and always remember to Play and have Fun.
